What is a custom figure. Well a custom starts as a stock McFarlane sports pick figure. These figures are used to capture the general pose you are looking for. Then after we have pics of the person we are basing the custom on we hand paint the figure to match any details that are provided by the customer.

How long does it take to complete a custom? The time it takes to do a custom figure is based on many factors. For instance how detailed is the uniform, How much logo and branding is needed on the figure and is any custom sculpting of equipment needed. These are just among a few things that go determine the time involved.

Can you create any poses other than the use of stock figures? Yes. poses can be created to match a photo or certain look that you desire. These many times involve using parts from many figures as well as sculpting work to capture the desired look.

I have seen customs on ebay at pretty low prices what are your prices like? Just like anything else you get what you pay for. There are a few excellent customizers out there and for everyone of us that takes pride in our work there are 20 selling horrible work on ebay.  I take alot of pride in the work that I do, when you choose All Star Customs to do your work be sure that you will get what you pay for. I use only high quality paints and paper for both decals and custom inserts. I want the custom to be something  that you can display proudly for many years.  I never take shortcuts and keep you involved through the entire process. If I need my custom by a certain date can you that. I do all I can to make sure you have a custom completed for whatever special occasion or event you need it for. However due to demand I can never guarentee a date unless the order is placed at least 2 months in advance. Bottom line is I do not rush my work, but at the same time I do all I can to meet any deadlines with the appropriate lead time.

Do you offer any discounts? I do offer discounts for teams, multiple orders and repeat customers.

How long have you been doing custom work? May 2009 marked my 6th year doing customs so I have been around for a while.

 What info do I need to provide to place an order? I would need the sport, player and team name as well as any special equipment they wear. Also providing Jpegs files of the person to be customized. As long as I have all the details provided in those pictures I can recreate what you are looking for from team logos to personal tattoos etc. If you have a question about any certain details just contact me.

 What are All Star Bobblers?   They are basically bobbleheads which you can actually have your (or someone elses) likeness sculpted on. Unlike some other bobble makers, our sculptors do not put these on premade bodies. If you provide the pictures they will actually sculpt a custom body based on that photo. Also there is no minimum order on these so you can do as many or as few as you like. The bobblers are scupted in colored polyresin or if you wish you can have them sculpted in plain polyresin and painted by hand which can give you a little more detail for the figures uniforms or clothing. Finally there are no minimum orders so you can do as many or as few as you like. Substantaly discounts can be given for large orders.
